GlobalIPTV is committed to respecting intellectual property rights. This policy outlines our procedures for handling DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications.
1. DMCA Notice
GlobalIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We are committed to responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our service, please notify our designated copyright agent as described below.
2. Filing a DMCA Complaint
To report alleged copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our designated agent at support@globaliptv.net that includes the following: • Description of the Copyrighted Work: Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list. • URL of the Allegedly Infringing Content: Provide the specific URL(s) or location(s) of the material you claim is infringing so we can locate it. • Your Contact Information: Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. • Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. • Statement of Accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner. • Your Signature: Your physical or electronic signature. Please note that incomplete notices may not receive a response.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include: • Identification of the Material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled. • Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address. • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located. • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. • Your Signature: Your physical or electronic signature. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringers
GlobalIPTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement. We take copyright infringement seriously and will act swiftly to remove infringing content and address violations of this policy.
